We are committed to providing you with the best quality products, however some slight variations in color and size may occur. We've done our best to display items as accurately as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review the “Returns” section for additional information.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Down payments

Orders can be cancelled at anytime before being marked for shipment. If an order has already been shipped, it can not be cancelled and must be submitted for a return.

Within the USA

Shipping generally takes 2–5 business days for USPS Ground Advantage and 1-3 business days for Priority within the continental United States. You will receive an email notification, with tracking details, once your order ships.

International Shipping

We offer shipping internationally, however we are not responsible for customs costs or tax duties that may apply. All international orders are shipped via USPS and generally take at least 10-15 business days.

Please note: Not all countries support end-to-end postal tracking with shipments sent via First Class Package International. It's common to see a package's tracking status stop updating once it has left the USA, even though it's still on its way.  

To guarantee trackable and/or safe arrival of your shipment, we recommend selecting Priority Mail International® or Priority Mail Express International® services which include international tracking and some insurance.

Liability

Once tracking shows your order has been delivered, or has left the United States with no end-to-end tracking, we can no longer assume responsibility for your items.
